Welcome!

Earlier this year the founders of CSFF met through volunteering at the Camas Family and Community Resource Center and supporting the great work this organization does. We watched as our Camas community came together to fill the gap for families in need. Week after week, community members stepped up filling the emergency pantry, restocking toiletries, sourcing clothes for all ages, sports equipment for kiddos who wanted to participate, prom and homecoming dresses, baby clothes, school supplies, transportation, new tires, rental assistance….and more.  And, it happened again and again. We all knew our community was giving and amazing but, this was wonderful to see first hand.

It became apparent that having an organization dedicated to supporting our students and their families, and, independent of any one school or the district, could be valuable to the students in our community. So, a group of intrepid moms came together to build a nonprofit organization dedicated to making sure any child in our Camas community has support to thrive and be successful in our schools.

So, follow us as we begin this awesome journey to support our community. We can’t wait to share updates and hope you’ll get involved too.
